To Mark’s Family - Mark was the superintendent on six of my multi-family buildings over the last 8 years and current ‘super’ on my house. I found Mark to be very dedicated, caring and thoughtful in his approach, very wise about construction, and extremely concerned about finishing the job on timely manner and in budget but also with a high quality result. You just don’t find guys like him anymore. He really cared about the job, matched with his high skill set and knowledge., and he made sure everyone did the same. He was a high quality guy and not someone our culture can duplicate. We really relied on him, trusted him, and let him do his job, because we knew he had us covered.
