Bette Johnson

Bette was one of the first people to welcome us to Mt. Horeb and to Mound Vue Garden Club. As we were preparing for one of the club's famous plant sales, Bette introduced me to a plant, Heliotrope. "You must have one of these. It perfumes the whole-e-e-e garden." As only Bette could, she excited many about many topics. Her enthusiasm for gardening, life in Vermont township, care for seniors and life in general was contagious. She left quite a mark. May God bless your roots and memories. Sincerely, Betty and Vern Drape Mt. Horeb, WI
