SAN FRANCISCO, CALIF.-Terrence August “Terry” Waldron, age 39, of San Francisco, Calif., passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018, at his parents’ home in Monona, Wis. He was born on June 26, 1979, in Santa Rosa, Calif., the son of Kenneth and Laurene (Pelleriti) Waldron. Terry graduated from UCLA and worked as an accountant. He was athletic, a movie buff and a good friend. Terrence is survived by his father and step-mother, Kenneth (Carol Murray); brothers, James (Tara), Jeffrey (Kevin) and Ryan; sister, Katrina (Bob) Wichlacz; nephews, Tyler and Henry; his soon to be niece; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Laurene. Family services will be held in California. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.

Terry (and Ryan) were really nice brothers whenever I would drive on field trips at St. Raphael's and watching them mature through Marin Catholic.. I always admired their mother, Laurene, raising such handsome, kind, busy and funny boys. We are sorry for your loss.

I'm so sorry to hear of Terry's passing. I worked with Terry a few years ago and he was such a joy and bright light to me. His positive attitude and contagious laugh will be in my heart always. I wish Terry peace in his passing. He was so nice to me and a trusted friend. We had drifted apart over the last few years due to life, different cities, etc, so I regret that and will do my best to connect with our mural friends more often. Love and miss you Terry-fied 😘

Ken, Carol and family, I just learned last night of Terry's passing and am just grief struck. When I knew him he was as bright as a new penny, and one of our best team members. I worked closely with Terry during his time with CBRE and can recall that wonderful, infectious beaming smile and how proud I was for him the morning I signed off on his Form G, marking the completion of his licensing requirement. Our world is a much less happy place without him.
