I met Barbara as a volunteer with Wisconsin Public Television. She was especially active with the Auction every spring. She liked to work on the phone bank and also in confirmation call backs, and she often donated lilac bushes, which were very popular. And when I was shopping at Marshall Fields or Macy's, I would stop by the linens department to say hello and chat if she wasn't busy. She was such a vibrant person, so friendly and so upbeat. I will miss her greatly. My heart out to her family.

Glenn,
Sorry for your loss of Barbara. I alway enjoyed chatting with her at Macy’s or whenever we happened to meet. Unfortunately it’s been quite some time since I’ve seen her, or you for that matter. Love your kids and grandkids all the more. She will live on in them.
Sincerely,
Duane Barmore

Barbara was my classmate in high school. We shared some classes and I clearly remember her as a friendly, sweet person. My sympathy to her entire family.

Barbara always had others in need in her heart. She took the time and energy to connect to those most vulnerable among us. She knew how to love.
