Our prayers are for all of the Padrutt family as you mourn the loss of your Mother Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Berdina was always ready to help wherever she was needed. May she rest in peace as she joins her husband, family and friends who have gone before her and waiting with open arms . May it help you to know that others share your sorrow. Linus & Donna Schoepp

Berdina loved working at St. Benedict Center and the sisters and staff loved her too not only for her excellent cooking skills, also for her pleasant personality. She enjoyed people and loved bringing people together for food and conversation. She shared her faith life and her deep joys and sorrows. She will always be remembered in our hearts and prayers. My sympathy to Berdina's family. She always had a funny story to share and I think my favorite story was how she came to have a "favorite" son-in-law. She laughed so hard, telling the story, that it took me a few minutes to figure out who she was talking about!! She will be dearly missed, but left many happy memories! Lynn Davis

"Aunt" Berdina was my godmother and while time and distance has led me afar we kept in touch with Christmas cards and the occasional phone call. She was a survivor and one tough lady! She and all of my long lost cousins are in my thoughts.
