Norma a very special caring lady. I always asked about my kids and how the Red Hatters were doing. She is a ray of sunshine even on cloudy days. I am glad I had the chance to chat with her last week. I just didn't think that would be our final goodbye. Comforting hugs to her family and friends.

I will never forget The kindness of Rollie and Norma Dibbert! The children in my neighborhood were blessed to grow up around such amazing neighbors! Rest In Peace !
