I love you, Brian. You were dear to me, even though our 5 year love relationship didn't work out. You have been one of my best friends and the 15 years I have known you have passed all too quickly. I feel lucky to have met you. You're in my heart, my mind and my soul. And your spirit resides in the very cellular make-up of my being. I will always remember your endearing personality, how sweet and kind you were and your dashingly handsome good looks. I couldn't have wished for a better friend and I can't help but to remember how you used to make me double over in laughter with your hilarious sense of humor. I will continue sending you loving vibes and hope that you are now dancing in the light and flying free. I miss you terribly.

Profoundly sorry Brian passed away. We shared many good times. We would be chatting, laughing and he would go into series of bad puns. Hockey days of our youth were especially memorable. Brian was a great athlete as we played together and against each other as we grew up. Brian was highly intelligent as we discussed topics ranging from biology, quantum physics, psychology, business, etc. He enjoyed science and mentioned during college he worked with Mr Rouho doing experiments, it was one of his favorite college memories. Brian and I recently discussed producing an anti cancer serum of which he had great idea to splice genes creating our own patented formula. To the Torvik family, you are the nicest, most giving and caring people I have ever met. I'm so appreciative to know you all these years. Please, stay strong and know Brian is in a better place. Words cannot express how much I miss Brian. With great love, John Goddard

Dear Laurie and Bernie, I am so sorry for your loss. Although I did not know Brian as an adult, I remember him as a sweet and loving little boy. My daughter Erica spent happy hours playing with Brian and his brother Brady when they were wee tots. May you find comfort in the love of your family and the many wonderful memories you have. - Mary Laughlin

Laurie and Bernie, Tricia and I send our deepest condolences. Words cannot do much to ease the grief of a parent who has lost a child. Having just buried a sister, I have a small sense of your situation, but it is not the same. Please know that you are in our prayers. Tom and Tricia Gundlach
