Max befriended me when i was 20 years old. He believed in me and gave me some of my first job's as a cabinet maker. I've always thought of him with highest regards and have nothing but praise for him. His kindness; intelligent s and artistic ability will surly be missed. Peace to all of you during this trying time. ARNDT. David M. Hoadley

A good man, gave me a job in surveying when I got out of the Army, when none of the other local surveyors would, (I'd been a surveyor in the Army for 12 years). Taught me a lot about surveying in Wisconsin and manual drafting. Helped me get my surveying license in 99. Was a good friend and a great guy to work for throughout the mid to late 90's . Loved his Art work, going with him to buy antique guns, railroad pocket watches and coins, (a very expensive habit, that I unfortunately picked up as well). My prayers for his family. Thanks for the memories, Love you Rodney. Dwayne M. Hefner, Wisconsin Professional Land Surveyor, PLS 2494

I remember Maxwell from back in the 70’s in Lovely Lively, LaCrosse WI. He liked hiking, hanging out & drawing. He and Susan’s wedding reception on the river boat was such a memorable event. Then we all went our own ways, but we had kids at the same time.. Time passes by. Fairwell dear Max. To the family @ his friends- I’m sorry for your unexpected loss. Nancy M (Thanghe) Nelson
