Helen Marie Duffy

Just a great lady who raised a great family!

So sorry for your loss

I was fortunate enough to be one of the many Hwy AB kids who's life was enhanced by Mrs. Duffy's love. Many times in the winter we were welcomed into the house after playing hockey on the lake not just a few of us kids, but the whole bunch. Hot chocolate served, smiles given, laughter followed. Then we would all head back out to the lake, the ice and play some more. I will remember Mrs. Duff fondly, as one of the many "Mom's" we had living on Hwy AB. She loved us kids as her own which was her way.

Aunt Helen was a wonderful person and I will truly miss her!

Helen's last years on this earth were a little complicated but her journey to heaven is now complete. Helen took me and my family in when she already had a houseful of her own. She was selfless and detail oriented. If I was lacking something, however small, Helen seemed to notice and take care of it. Much of my day to day life is full of things Helen taught me. She was gracious, smart and never looking for limelight. She exemplified "Wind Beneath My Wings". She made my world a better place, forever grateful. Sherrie Frame Cody WY
