Harland Kenneth Rue

Harland was a very friendly, interesting man. Enjoyed many games of euchre with him at the Senior Center. RIP

Harland lived in the same building as my grandparents, Everett and Zella Olsen. They were good friends and we would frequently see Harland when we went to visit. He always had a smile on his face and a joke to tell. My favorite memory was when we went to his place for “Happy Hour” and had a little wine and appetizers while he told us stories of his grandchildren, who he was most proud of. He was a kind, gentle man and a good friend to my grandparents.
