So sorry to hear of Fran's passing. I worked with her at WEA Insurance prior to her retirement. Fran was always so nice and went out of her way to help others. She will be missed.

I always introduced Frannie to my friends as the best babysitter EVER! She liked to tell me the story of how she saved me from disaster when I was less than a year old. Our families were neighbors and Frannie found me attempting to navigate the stairs that led from our front door. She caught me and took me in to my mother. She instantly became our number one babysitter for many years and an honorary member of our family. Frannie never lost contact with us and I loved it when Teri would bring her to Waupaca to see me. Love you forever, Frannie!
