It was always a joy to play golf with Charlotte. She was a wonderful lady.

I met Charlotte about 15 years ago and instantly felt her warmth and her encircling friendship while we walked the circuit at Curves. 😀 What a magnificent obituary you have written! Her legacy will carry on through all of her garden family. Talk about her often as you gather together as she lives on in each of you. My deepest sympathy in your tremendous loss. Sabine, I was saddened to read of the death of Charlotte. I have so many fond memories of my connection with your Mom. Our first bonding point was when we discovered a common connection with Northfield, MN. In fact, we made a trip there together: me to visit my mother and she to visit a long-time friend. That was a trip that solidified a deep friendship. Charlotte and I had many conversations, shared a common faith which included prayer with and for each other. Since our moving from Mt. Horeb in 2010, I lost track of her, but am grateful for the friendship! I'll look for the announcement of a more formal gathering of friends to celebrate the AMAZING life of Charlotte.
