MILWAUKEE/MT. HOREB/HILLSBORO-Allan Charles Baldwin, age 61, of Milwaukee, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 9, 2018. He was born on May 31, 1957, in Hillsboro, the son of Charles "Jack" and Elma (Nofsinger) Baldwin. Allan was a man full of wisdom. You could count on him any time to be ready with advice, or help cheer you up with his great sense of humor. He was selfless and always looked out for others before himself. Allan was a devoted Packers and Badgers fan, and really enjoyed classic rock bands, especially The Eagles. He loved to teach everyone he met about business. He taught classes at Cardinal Stritch University, Upper Iowa University, and Lakeland College for many years, and was recently employed by Duncan Solutions in Milwaukee. Allan loved movies, concerts and cooking, but his favorite thing was spending time with his four children and four grandchildren. He was a longtime member of Mt. Horeb Evangelical Lutheran Church. Allan is survived by his daughters, Amy Baldwin, Erin Baldwin and Sarah Stark; son, Kyle Wahlgren; four grandchildren, Ricky Stark, Lauren Stark, Ethan Wahlgren and Oskar Wahlgren; former wife, Ellen Baldwin; three brothers, Harold (Sandy) Baldwin, Eldon Baldwin and David (Sara) Baldwin; and many nieces nephews and close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Orval Baldwin; and his dog, Lily. Funeral services will be held at MT. HOREB EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, 315 E. Main St., Mt. Horeb, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2018. Visitation will be held at GUNDERSON CAMACHO FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 500 N. 8th St., Mt. Horeb, from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 14, 2018. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Allan's family to be designated at a later date. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.

I remember when me and Al went to sit down and have pizza it was around the time I was Helping out for the fire fighters and police commission I told him I wish I could do this job for the rest of my life, he laughed. I will always remember how he would make the corniest jokes but I would Laugh. It was hard not to he was always there when I needed him I will miss his friendship the most. Sometimes you don’t know the true value of a moment until it becomes a memory He was a Great guy heaven couldn’t wait for you but on the bright side God Gained an angel and he will shine down to let us know he’s happy.
