My deepest sympathies to the entire West family. Bert was a absolute gem. One of the nicest ,kindest people I have ever known. . Bert and Kenny were 2 pillars in the Oregon community. It always made me smile to drive past their home and see what cool things they had placed in their yard. I'm sure your family has many,many fond memories. Repeat them and share them with each other often. I will miss seeing her and Kenny just walking down the sidewalk holding hands. Respectfully , Jim Snow.
