Obituary
STOUGHTON- Robert L. Quamme, age 78, of Stoughton, formerly of Milwaukee, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 12, 2018, with his family at his side. He was born on Dec. 9, 1939, in Madison, the son of Norman and Orpha (Porter) Quamme. Bob graduated from Monona Grove High School, class of 1958. He owned and operated Quamme's Sew and Vac and later was a distributor for Oreck. Bob enjoyed world travel, wintering in Arizona and most of all, enjoyed being with his nieces and nephews. Bob is survived by three brothers, Carlton (Deanna), John (Mary), and Edward; sisters, Sandra Penzkover and Linda (Dan) Douglas; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Joyce Schensky, and Charlene Gehrke; and a baby brother, Norman. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at ST. ANN CATHOLIC CHURCH, 323 N. Van Buren St., Stoughton, at 11 a.m., on Friday, July 20, 2018, with Father Randy Budnar presiding. Burial will be held at Roselawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the church, from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass on Friday. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
