Dear Harms family, Our memories of Gail go back to Alyssa's soccer playing days where Gail had such a knack to keep what is important front and center, and what was important was not wins, losses or playing time but rather learning the lessons of life, working hard and appreciating your team. Once our girls graduated and left Madison I always enjoyed seeing Gail at the Knitting Tree. She was such a wonderful peaceful presence there, always willing to help less talented knitters like myself without judgement and with lots of enthusiasm. The Taylor family is thinking of you and wishing you peace during this difficult time. Leslie, John, Saskia and Annelies

Soledad/Eva Maria...................My dear Harms Family, we are very sorry for the loss of well beloved and dear Mrs. Gail, my daughter and I will miss Her a lot and we will always be very grateful to Her. She was very generous and kind to us throughout almost 27 years. May God reward you and keep you in his Heavenly Kingdom. Rest in peace. (Her favorite word: "looks like clean", she's laughing all the time, when I mentioned this word, when I went to clean her house) We will miss you.

Gail and I shared a journey together, a cancer journey, she was always positive and polished, with a few exceptions of shout outs of those "words" that mustered enough anger to laugh off the day. Many Easters shared with she and Bruce and and the dignity and grace she brought to the table was endless. RIP Gail.

Gail was the mother of my childhood best friend, Alyssa. I grew up next door to the Harms family and am only 3 days younger than Alyssa. When thinking of Gail I am filled with memories of her working outside in her garden, going on her walks with other people in the neighborhood, hearing her infectious laugh carry from her porch to our living room and how much she invested herself into my childhood as a friend of her daughter. I will be forever grateful to Gail for the countless trips to swim meets & soccer games, taking Alyssa and I shopping for matching outfits for Maple Bluff swim banquets, dinners I was invited to, activities I was allowed to participate in with their family, and many other things! My heart aches for the Harms family as I learned of her passing after her long and courageous battle with cancer. I hope you are all filled with nothing but wonderful memories of Gail as I am... lastly, this song always makes me think of Gail because of one specific time that Gail, Alyssa and I made puppy chow in their kitchen while listening to this song & dancing in their big open kitchen... All my love, Maggie Brozek

Gail spent so much time at our home when I was a child. She was dear friends with my sister Jeanne Price. When Gail was with our family there was always so many giggles and great fun. She was VERY loved by our entire family. I’m so thankful I was able to spend a few hours with her last year in Naples. I’m Thinking so much about the entire family. Especially Gail’s sisters and daughters and Bruce. Life here on earth will definitely have a void without her. Love, Colleen Price Thiel Love, Colleen Price Thiel
