Words cannot express how sad I am with the loss of Jon. He was a great CEO at DCCU and a friend to the CU movement. On a personal note, he was one the kindest and good hearted people that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with... a good friend. We are both from Beloit! He was a mentor to my daughter and she was deeply sadden when she heard about his passing. Jon took her under his wings teaching her about the credit unions. I will truly miss our friend. Ms. Carolyn condolences to you and the family from Twiggy and I and the Carter family.

The Credit Union is very sadden to know you are now gone Jon. But we will keep with us, all the great inspirations and desires you had for us and all of our members! You did not only make an impact in my life as a great mentor, supporter and friend, but you did too, to a lot of our members here at DCCU. There is no day that goes by that I hear from them how pleased they are for when you helped them in the past, as you were there to guide their financial lives. I have heard many say, "I am in a good credit situation now because of Jon, he believed in me and gave me an opportunity to open my doors to credit building . " You are truly being missed but you will never be forgotten! My deepest and most sincere condolences to Carolyn and family.
