Annette was my cousin and my Godmother. My parents definitely knew what they were doing when they asked her to stand as my Godmother. There are not enough words to describe how special she was to me. Being in her presence you knew you’d leave feeling good about yourself. She always put everyone else’s feelings before her own. I never heard a negative comment from her, always positive. Her love and devotion to her family was clear in everything she said and did in her life. I will miss her smile, her laugh and her uplifting spirit. I will miss hearing her boast proudly of her husband Pete, her children, Jen and Jace and all of her grandsons. This world will be a darker place without her illuminating personality and beauty. My heart is heavy with sadness. Until we meet again Annette. I love you.
