I am proud to have called Mina my friend. I have known her all my life, with her being a good friend of my mother, and all the support thru the years that she has given me and my family. Mina was there for the celebrations and the sad times.
To Mina's family, I truly believe your mom is in heaven with my mom. They are chatting about us and having fun. My prayers are with you all. What a great life Mina had!!!
Make a JOYFUL NOISE unto the Lord was on the tapestry hung from the piano at Calvary Church. I believe Mina lived that each and every day. I will miss Mina.

Mina was my supervisor at the Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau. I learned a lot from her during the short time I worked there. She inspired me to be a better librarian and a better person.

When I was a new legislative librarian in Oklahoma, the people I turned to for help were frequently legislative librarians in other states. Mina was one of those. She made valuable contributions to the national staff section of NCSL. She was friendly welcoming & helpful. We did not always agree over the years but it never affected our friendship or respect for one another.

When I joined the ranks of legislative librarianship, I considered Mina one of the "big three", as I called them to myself. They were the leaders of our staff section and had the experience that I had not yet acquired. They were welcoming and very happy to offer advice to a newbie. Rest well, Mina.
