I will never forget the sweet smile of Clarence as I would come through the door and greet him as his home health care nurse and agency. Not only a sweet smile, but the little corners of his mouth that always turn to smile into a mischievous grin!. He had a great way of welcoming people and twisting one’s words into a joke that we could both laugh at. He was so proud of his super streamlined walker. He conquered a huge battle against Parkinson’s just to get around the house with his walker on a day today basis. We had a brief struggle around him refusing to use the gait belt which was meant to help caregivers catch him if he was going to fall. Some of the caregivers were worried that he might fall and they wanted a way to try and keep him safe. But clearance would have nothing of it! He said “Liz, I ain’t wearing it! “. I just had To laugh. Clarence had a fierce independence and he wasn’t going to let anyone take away any of the tasks that he could still do for himself. What a great person he was! We all really appreciated Our friend Mr Clarence and we will miss him so much. Our thanks to Grace and the family, for giving us the honor of taking care of your wonderful husband and dad. We will always remember him fondly. Keeping him and you all in our hearts, Liz Humphries and the caregivers from Seasons of Life.

My Deepest sympathy to your family. From the other postings it seems like Clarence had the same sense of humor that his father had. I have many memories of his Dad, Uncle Irv and his teasing fun ways.
God's blessings to all of you. John's daughter

We will all miss Clarence at Prosthetic Dental. He always had a smile and a witty comment , all the way to the end of his life--and he didn't have an easy life toward the end. Peace and comfort to the whole family!! Everyone at Prosthetic Dental in Madison
