Lillian was that one of a kind lady that always made me smile every time I saw her. She had a warm heart and you wanted to put your arms around her because she was so sweet. Most of the time she couldn’t hug ya back cuz she was holding her 4 legged granddog Bacon. A woman who was proud and liked to be dressed in her “sassy” little matching outfits. And of course with a bow in her hair and rosey colored cheeks. Oh and we can’t forget the fashionable sunglasses when soaking up the rays of sunshine. She touched so many lives in her special way of just being Lillian. I remember when Lillian not only joined the exercise group I was helping with, but actually lead the group! At 98 she was the “Jane Fonda” leading the group of 8-10 ladies to keep pushing one more rep. I’ll never forget evenings I would stop in to say goodnight and enjoy another smile and actually get a hug because her arms were free - bacon would be at foot of her bed. Lillian was the sparkle that lit up a room. Someone who I am honored and proud to say was a friend. She will be missed dearly but never forgotten.
Sincerely,
Ann Hansen

Wow! I had the pleasure of meeting this fabulous spirited woman on a couple of occasions. I got to witness some of her vibrant personality via Facebook. I never knew her back story. What a woman!

Sorry for your loss of a love one. Read Psalms 46:1 for words of comfort and peace.

I remember Lillian at High Holiday services at Gates of Heaven. I also remember her little comedy routine at, I believe, the Ivory Room during a break in the music of Mike Massey and Francie Phelps. She was a hoot and an inspiration to all who worry about getting old. May her memory always be a blessing...
