Obituary

MADISON-Christopher Lee DiLorenzo II, age 22, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, April 7, 2018, at SSM Health-St. Mary's Hospital.   He was born on July 20, 1995, in Madison, the son of Christopher DiLorenzo and Kristina DiLorenzo-Gorman.  Christopher was an amazing fun loving child with a beautiful smile and a great sense of humor.  He was a wonderful son, brother, uncle and friend as well.  Christopher is survived by his father, Christopher (Melissa) and mother, Kristina; brothers, Spencer, Kaiden, Cameron and Ethan; sisters, Elizabeth (Deryk), Hannah and Jade (Robbie); niece Zayah Lynn Jordan; grandparents; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.  He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Lynda (Fisher) Gorman; and step-paternal grandfather, Dave Simmons; and great grandparents Vincent and Marilyn Di Lorenzo.  Funeral services will be held at GUNDERSON EAST FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 5203 Monona Dr., Madison, at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 2:30 p.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to suicide prevention services.  Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.  Gunderson East Funeral & Cremation Care 5203 Monona Drive 608-221-5420

Perfect story of kind of person Chris DiLorenzo was. A man dropped $400 at the bar and was too drink to know he did. Chris picked it up and without hesitation gave it back to him, convincing him a little it really was his. Also as you can see he was more proud he won bacon at his 1st meat raffle than he was for doing right thing as "that was just natural". Loved this kid
