George Scott......one of the good ones! I had the benefit of working many years with George at the hardware store, throughout my lifetime. He was a mentor, colleague and friend. Many words come to mind in describing his character - loyal, caring, detailed, hard-working.....always striving to do/be his best. George will be sincerely missed. We came to know George at the Unity Point Health-Meriter Wellness Center where he made friends as he did his workouts. He was a kind, gentle man......thoughtful and considerate. We always enjoyed our visits with him, and the occasional lunch. He left the world a better place for his having been in it. We are grateful to have known him. George was , indeed , a gentle, kind man. I only knew him as a participant in exercise at Meriter Home Health. He was also part of Kims Gym Rats ! I will miss his presence and subtle smile. He was a great guy. Fritz Seybold
