Obituary

PORTAGE/STOUGHTON-Pamela Kay “Pam” Gander, age 56, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, with her family by her side after a two year battle with cancer. She was born on Sept. 18, 1961, in Portage, the daughter of Kenneth and Dorothy Weidner. Pam loved to make others laugh, enjoyed cooking and was always the person to turn to for advice. She lived each moment to the fullest no matter what she faced and never let it change her heart. Pam spent her days with her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her 10 children, Isaac (Tina) Carlson, Monica (Ben) Loomis, Robin Lytle, Austin Lytle, Christi (Blake) Swalheim, Eric Gander, Cody Gander, Samantha (Tyler) Schwoerer, Laynee Gander and Brooke Gander; her parents; a sister, Cynthia (James) Butzloff; 12 grandchildren; a niece; and two nephews. Pamela’s children would like to thank Agrace HospiceCare and her oncologist, Dr. Ryan Porter, who cared for her through her final journey. A Funeral Service will be held at GUNDERSON STOUGHTON FUNERAL AND CREMATION CARE, 1358 Hwy. 51 N at Jackson St., Stoughton, at 3 p.m., on Friday, March 16, 2018. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from noon until the time of the service on Friday. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
