MIDDLETON-Stephanie Jean Kutzke, age 47, of Middleton, Wis., passed away on Friday, Jan. 19, 2018 at Hospiten in Montego Bay, Jamaica. She was born on May 14, 1970, in Madison, the daughter of Calvin Dean and Constance Jean (Booth) Wendt. She married David Kutzke on March 27, 2002 in Las Vegas, Nev.Stephanie graduated from Middleton High School and then from MATC. She worked at Dean Health Plan for 16 years. Stephanie was currently employed at Anderson & Shapiro as a medical receptionist. She adored her dog, Lexi. Stephanie was an avid Brett Favre fan and loved her yearly trips to a tropical beach.Stephanie is survived by her husband, David; brother, Calvin (Ashley) “CD” Wendt, Jr.; nephew, Colton; and many family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; stepmother, Shirley Wendt; and, father-in-law, Carlton Kutzke. A Celebration of Life will be held at GUNDERSON WEST FUNERAL & CREMATION CARE, 7435 University Ave., Middleton, at 4 p.m., on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2018. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the time of service on Saturday.Memorials can be made in Stephanie’s name to the American Cancer Society-Wisconsin Chapter.Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
