Obituary
MADISON- Wyatt Frey, age 27, of Madison, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017. He was born on Aug. 28, 1990, in Madison, the son of Bruce and Julie Frey. Wyatt worked as an Insurance Adjustor for American Family Insurance. He loved playing the guitar and enjoyed all varieties of music. Forever an animal lover, Wyatt’s cats, Zooey and Montee brought him immense joy. He was a wonderful cook, and always delighted in exploring his natural skills in the kitchen, and especially, at the grill. Wyatt was an avid swimmer, and a persistent fisherman. Musky fishing up north with his family was a cherished time. Taking spontaneous road trips, and camping with family and friends was Wyatt’s favorite past time. He truly enjoyed traveling, especially the most recent trip to Oregon, to view the total solar eclipse with the love of his life. Wyatt always had a smile on his face, and with his quick wit, compassion, and beaming sense of humor, his sincerity became infectious. Wyatt was the kind of person to go out of his way just to make sure others were protected and cared for. He was always a shoulder to lean on, a source of strength for everyone. Wyatt is survived by his parents; brother, Jarad Frey; grandmother, Mary Frey; and loving partner, Brittany Bauhs. He was preceded in death by his two grandfathers, Harold L. Eggleson and Donald Frey; and grandmother, Jean M. Eggleson. Funeral services will be held at MESSIAH LUTHERAN CHURCH, 5202 Cottage Grove Rd., Madison, at 6 p.m., on Friday, Dec. 29, 2017, with Pastor Jeff Vandenheuvel presiding. Visitation will be held at the church from 3 p.m. until the time of the service on Friday. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
