MADISON-Billie Joan Zinger, age 75, of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 13, 2018. She was born on Oct. 11, 1942, in North Carolina, the daughter of James and Virginia (Sheets) Springer. The loss of my mom has left me heart broken in ways I can't express. Im greatful and blessed beyond belief to have been born her son. She gave and sacrificed of herself always putting others first. Ive always been proud she was my mom. I'll always remember the time we got to spend together.. And I'll miss her like no other..
