Obituary
MADISON-Otto Oie Jr., age 79, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017. He was born on Sept. 24, 1938, in Madison, the son of Otto and Clara (Hansen) Oie. Otto married Lea Ann Unangst on Nov. 1, 1958 in Madison. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force Air National Guard and was a member of the MARCS Club and Sons of Norway. Otto is survived by his wife, Lea Ann; two sons, Andy (Tami) Oie and Chris (Rachel) Oie; daughter, Becky (Rick) Layton; three granddaughters, Melissa, Madeline and Isabelle; three grandsons, Sean, Cory and Dylan; and great-grandson, Ares. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Anthony; and sister, Gerd Myren. No funeral services will be held. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
