Louise Kaltenberg

MADISON-Louise Katherine Kaltenberg, age 81, of Madison, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 14, 2017, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on June 26, 1936 in Richland Center, the daughter of Arthur and Hildegard (Rockweiler) Compton, Louise married Lawrence Kaltenberg on October 3, 1958. Louise enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, Picnics and camping were some of the things the family enoyed, she also loved road trips especially to her favorite Wisconsin Dells destination, Ho Chunk. Louise enjoyed dancing with Larry and playing cards with her family. She is survived by her children, Steven (Sandra) Kaltenberg, Ronald Kaltenberg, Robert Kaltenberg, Roxanne (Chris) Carpenter, Lawrence Jr. (Johanna) Kaltenberg and Craig (Dana Kuck) Kaltenberg, she is further survive by 13 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Louise was preceded in death by her husband Lawrence Kaltenberg on October 21, 1996. Funeral services will be held at CITY CHURCH, 4909 E. Buckeye Rd., Madison, at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017. Visitation will be held at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday. Memorials may be made in her name to City Church or to Agrace HospiceCare.
