I didn't really know Marlene but I am a neighbor down the block. I would walk by with my dog, and sometimes see Marlene out in the front yard pulling weeds and making her yard look pretty, even though she was hooked up to oxygen. She would always say HELLO. My sympathy to her family.

I didn't know Marlene personally but feel like I did know her somewhat through her daughter Kathy. I know how much Kathy loved her mom and how much she loves her father. Death is never expected even when it is inevitable. I am so glad that Kathy and Ray had a recent visit with them both just days before her passing. This picture shows how beautiful she was.
