Obituary
LODI - Robert D. “Bob” Dominick, passed away with his family by his side on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at Sauk Prairie Health Care. He was born on May 27, 1942, in Chicago, Ill,, the son of Raymond and Dorothy (Novak) Dominick.
Bob attended East Leyden High School, Franklin Park, Ill. He operated his own thermocouple company, “RD & D,” until retiring in 2004. Bob met the love of his life, Ann Sellman, and together they created many happy memories. Ann preceded him in death in 2017.
Bob enjoyed fishing, boating, hunting, dancing and liked working on cars. He was always finding projects to work on around the house. Bob had a great sense of humor and was always the “jokester,” which made him “the life of the party.”
Bob is survived by his daughter, Debbie (Doug) Pellegrino; son, Robert (Irina) Dominick; three grandchildren, Ryan and Dylan Pellegrino, and Robert Dominick; his brother, James Dominick; two nephews, James Dominick Jr. and Cameron Dominick; his niece, Cynthia Dominick; and other relatives and friends. In addition to Ann Sellman, he was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Gerald Dominick.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
