Elizabeth "Betty" M. Bard

I worked with Betty at Oak Park in physical therapy, she was so kind and always had a smile. I will really miss her and am so sorry for your loss. Beautiful Betty Bard...such a kind, gentle lady. Our mom, Mary Klitzman, cherished her friendship with Betty! The many lunches (with a glass of wine, of course!), hours of sharing their thoughts and lives with lots of laughter and Betty sharing her flawless Celebrity tomatoes... just a few precious memories. My thoughts and prayers are with you all as I know she will be missed terribly.

I am Mary Klitzman's oldest daughter and I just wanted you to know that your mother meant everything to my mom. They always shared laugh and stories with each other. Their stories of their youth meant a lot to them both and it truly showed me that they really were kindred spirits. They seemed to laugh and giggle over things that only they would understand. I can almost hear them now, in heaven, telling their stories to St. Peter and asking if they have coffee and pie up there. Betty will be missed by many. My prayers are with you all.
