Phal Kem

Phal Kem, age 69, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, August 9th, 2017 at Agrace HospiceCare. She was born in Cambodia, on May 5th, 1948, the daughter of Neng Kem and Luang Kem.  Phal married the love of her life, Nem Seth. The couple eventually immigrated to the United States of America and has resided in Wisconsin ever since.  Phal was a dedicated and loving mother and grandmother. She devoted much of her time and energy to taking care of her large and growing family. Phal loved hosting get-togethers because spending time with her family and friends was very important to her. She also enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking, taking walks, and visiting Cambodia. Phal is survived by her husband, Nem Seth; two sons, Sophath Seth and Ry Seth; two daughters, Sophon Seth and Sophie Seth; fourteen grandchildren, Chumrum Klap, Kineth Men, Champa Men, Roth Men, Danny Seth, Phalla Seth, Charany Seth, Jimmy Seth, Brandon Seth, Ricky Seth, Valerie Seth, Vanessa Seth, Kaydin Le, and Kennedy Kem; seven great-grandchildren, Jayden Men, Lahna O'Brien, Kiera Klap, Carter Klap, Alijah Lon, Erik Eliason Jr, and Sorana Seth; sister, Bo Kem; and many other relatives and friends.
