I have so many great childhood memories of fun with the Lardys. Annrita's love and enthusiasm for everything outdoors was absolutely undeniable. She was one of my mom's dearest friends for over 60 years. When I saw her a few hears ago she still talked about how much that friendship meant to her. I will miss her terribly. Love and condolences to her family. Jill Eikenberry

AnnRita was an inspiration to us. She was upbeat, incredibly energetic, and intellectually alive. We went to APT together several times and she would love to talk about books. She especially liked to stop at the bookstore in Spring Green before each play. I loved her stories of her life with Henry, all mythic. Alan Attie & Jean Feraca

Dear Nick, Diana, Jeff, and Mike, I just heard the news about your mom. I was a graduate student with your dad in the 1970s. Although I obviously did not know her as well as I knew your dad, my wife, Ruth, and I always enjoyed the opportunities we had to visit with her over the years, both during and after the years we lived in Madison. She was such an inspiration, as was your dad, for how to live an active life, with as few concessions to advancing years as possible. As I age, I find myself drawn to their examples even more. I hope she was able to enjoy her active and vigorous life until the end. Please convey our heart felt condolences to the rest of your family. Very best regards, Greg and Ruth Reinhart
