Our sympathy to Sylvia and the family. I worked with Dick as a fellow Monona alderperson for a number of years. He always had the best interest of the city in mind. He was responsible for keeping local bus service which operates to this date. He was influential in improving Maywood park from a mosquito infested watery area.
