Obituary
MADISON-Conal Fleming, age 40, of Madison, passed away on Wednesday, July 5, 2017. He was born on March 5, 1977, in Madison, the son of Patrick and Diane (Bresnan) Fleming. Conal graduated from Holy Name Seminary and Franciscan University. During his senior year in high school, Conal was named to the All City Basketball team. He served in the U.S. Army in 2002. Conal was a die-hard Badgers fan, and enjoyed watching the sporting events. He loved traveling, and visited both Costa Rica and Ireland numerous times. Conal is survived by his father, Patrick (Kaye); brother, Sean; and many relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Diane. A Memorial Mass will be held at ST. DENNIS CATHOLIC CHURCH, 505 Dempsey Rd., Madison, at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, with Father Randy Timmerman presiding. Visitation will be held at the church from 3 p.m. until the time of the Mass on Tuesday. Memorials may be made to St. Dennis Catholic Church. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.

Conal was a dear friend of mine through highschool. He was one of the most genuine people I knew. We lost touch after highschool but whenever I hear his name I have nothing but wonderful memories. So sorry for your loss.
