Obituary
STOUGHTON-Joseph P. "Karaoke Joe" Campbell, age 61, of Stoughton, went home to be with our beloved Father in Heaven on Tuesday, June 27, 2017. He was born on Nov. 8 1955, in Madison, the son of Robert and Joan (Buechner) Campbell. Joe attended LaFollette High School. Joe met his wife, Joyce when she was 15 years old and he was 17 years old and have been together ever since. He had a heart of gold, always helping anyone he could. Joe had tremendous love for the Lord and a great love for singing. He started Startime Karaoke, later known as All-Pro Entertainment, where he made many friends while doing shows. Joe was also a professional welder and mechanic by trade, running his own business, J&M Automotive with his brother, Mike and later worked for Boumatic and Wisco Co. He was a jack of all trades and loved by everybody. Joe is survived by his beloved wife, Joyce; daughters, Angela (Donald) Neath and Melissa Campbell; son, Steven Campbell; grandchildren, Breanna Christianson, Jacob Christianson, Jack Mason and Austin Campbell; brothers, Mike (Terry) Campbell, Bruce (Dawn) Campbell and Chris (Betty) Campbell; sisters, Janet (R.T.) Anderson, Marie (Greg) Quarberg, Geralyn Oresteen and Kathy (Dan) Loveland; and many beloved nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; granddaughter, Evelyn Peck-Campbell; and niece, Michelle Mason; and nephew Sgt. Christian E. Mason. Funeral services will be held at CITY CHURCH, 4909 E. Buckeye Rd, Madison, at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, with Pastor Andrew Henderson presiding. Burial will be held at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of the service on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. A special thank you to his nurse, Tara White. Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
Joe wants everyone to know and to remember his favorite verse, “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord”, 2 Corinthians as he is now. "And ya know."

Joe and I also shared prayer at City Church throuh the years. I believe Joe and Joyce went there when it was M.G.T., and Lake City.
I can never say goodbye to Joe, it's more like I'll see you later my friend. In Christ Jesus.
