Obituary
GALION, OHIO–Leonard D. Fisher, age 66, of Galion, Ohio, passed away on Monday, June 12, 2017, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison, Wis. He was born on Aug. 26, 1950, in Bernville, Pa., the son of Curtis and Betty Fisher. Leonard graduated from Tulpehocken High School in Bernville. He was united in marriage to Barbara A. Wenger on Aug. 30, 1969, in Hamlin, Pa. Throughout his life he worked as a janitor, factory worker and a salesman. Leonard was a proud member of the Northwestern Berks Jaycees and was involved with the Moose Lodge. He enjoyed woodworking, gardening and plumbing and was an avid baseball and model train collector. Leonard will be deeply missed by his wife, Barbara; sons, Greg (Alicia) and Michael; grandchildren, Megan, Cameron, and Tyler; mother, Betty; brothers, Donnie (Jeanie), Bobby, and Duane (Brenda); and sisters, Denise (Ed) and Donna (Steve). Leonard was preceded in death by his father, Curtis. A funeral service will be held at TRINITY UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST, 27 Maria St., Rehrersburg, Pa., at 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 25, 2017. Lenny was not only a good brother-in-law but was a good friend. We will miss him greatly. We always looked forward to his visits from Ohio. Our home was his home. Our prayers go out to Sandy's sister Barb their sons Gregg and Mike, Daughter-n-Law Alicia and Grandchildren Megan, C J, and Tyler. You were right Lenny the buck are bigger in Ohio.
