My condolences and sympathy ! Worked as a sub with "Frank" at #1-Late--Sq. 13A,-- as a young copper in the '60s. He was always thoughtful & quiet but had a good sense of humor. ( Note the twinkle in his eyes.) --Squad 13A, being a squad/ambulance, conveyed many dead bodies.-- Frank and regular partner, Bobby Farrar, always showed the greatest respect and reverence and taught it to all of the "subs". ---- RIP Frank!! Frank was my dad’s police partner for many years until Dad retired in 1974. Dad would go over to Frank’s house when all of us kids drove him crazy—there were 8 of us. He was a great friend to my dad. They always went hunting with a group of other cops. We have good memories of Frank and my dad.
