Obituary
MANITOWISH WATERS/MADISON–Nancy L. Bilder, age 79, of Manitowish Waters, passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2017, due to complications from Parkinson’s and Cancer. She was married to Herbert Bilder for over 40 years until his passing in 2002. Nancy loved animals, especially her beloved Annie. She loved watching football and having Packer parties with friends. Nancy was, above all, a caring and nurturing mother and grandmother, she was the best babysitter Scott or Kristine could hope for. Nancy is survived by her children, Scott (Melinda) Bilder and Kristine (Jim) Lindsey; grandchildren, Alyssa, Jordan, James and Devin; and brother, Bill Weisner. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Herbert. Services will be held at MANITOWISH WATERS COMMUNITY PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, Highway 51, Manitowish Waters, WI at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, with the Rev. Chips Paulson presiding. Family and friends may call from 9 a.m. until the time of the service at the church. Nancy and I shared so many great times together and traveling with our dogs. Knowing she's no longer in pain and at peace and with her Herb and Annie comforts me.

I was shocked to learn tonight of Nancy's passing . I had called her several times this past week, as we would talk occasionally and I had missed her last call. I've known Nancy since high school and spent a wonderful weekend with her last year sharing a hotel room for our 60th high school reunion. I am so very saddened to learn of her death. My sympathy to the family. She was a sweet and wonderful friend and I will cherish the memories from our years of friendship.

My mom and late dad knew Nancy and Herb forever. Just last year we went to breakfast at the Egg and I. My mom was so surprised and happy to see Nancy. They chatted between themselves the whole time. Mom will miss her, but knowing she's in a better place helps. Lisa and Rosemarie Lasecki
