To Cheryl and all of Hilton's Family, Renee & I send our thoughts and prayers to you all. Hilton was (simply put) one of the greatest human beings that I have met in my lifetime and I cherish all the times I spent together with him. Whether we were bowling, or at the race track. Yeah we were trying to figure out what greyhound or thoroughbred horse was going to win the race, but more importantly it was the time spent together. It is a bit ironic that Hilton is being laid to rest on "Derby Day". Hilton could light up a room with his stories of the past, simply, people loved to be around Hilton and he loved to be around people. He may be gone from our presence but he will live on forever in our memories!!

Post number 2 - Funny story time. I must list at least 1 funny Hilton story. A couple years ago, Hilton and I did a road trip to Minnesota (yeah we went up to Canterbury Downs to play the horses) . On the way up we stopped in Red Wing Minnesota at Treasure Island Casino and played a session of Bingo. Hilton had played once prior to this. A lady sits down next to Hilton who had never played Bingo in her life. To make a long story short the entire Bingo parlor got a huge kick out of Hilton (the bingo newbie) trying to help out this lady who had never played before, it was hilarious. Hilton made the line "I believe" famous in our bowling league". If someone bowling next to him threw a split, he would utter his famous "I Believe" and not bowl until that person finished their frame. "I believe" that all who came to know Hilton are the truly lucky ones!!!
