Sorry to lose Bob, always a happy and cheerful person. He was a good friend to the local bunch and had many more friends all over the world via his short wave radio. His radio call sign was KM9W.

I've known Mr. Mecum and family for many years. Mr. Mecum was family oriented and a true gentleman. He will be missed. God Bless all.

Rest in peace, Bob. Your smile and giant personality will surely be missed in McFarland. Rest in peace as you enjoying seeing the beauty of Eternity.
