Obituary
MADISON/JEFFERSON-Robin R Dejewski, age 52, of Jefferson, passed away on Thursday, March 16, 2017. She was born on Nov. 20, 1964, in Madison, the daughter of Paul and Marilyn (Strand) Baumgarten. She married Stephen Dejewski on Nov. 14, 2013. She graduated from Monona Grove High School in 1982. After high school she worked for the State of Wisconsin Dept. of Health and Human Services for over 25 years, and then for Dean Health Insurance. Robin loved to travel and go on cruises. She also enjoyed golfing, singing and spending time with her family, friends and her golden retriever, Molly. Robin was a lifetime member of Bethany Evangelical Free Church and sang with the Praise Sound singing group. Robin is survived by her husband, Stephen; step-daughter, Stephanie Dejewski; step-son, Christopher Dejewski; step-grandchildren, Xavier, Kylah and Kaleif; brother, David (Joyce) Baumgarten; nieces, Ashley Matthias, Danielle (Chris) Bartow, Hailey Kleppe; nephew, Isaac Baumgarten; many aunts, uncles, cousins; and many, many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services will be held at BETHANY EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH, 301 Riverside Dr., Madison, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2017, with the Rev. David Carlson presiding. Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service on Saturday. Robin was a very special young lady. She loved her family, husband, and friends but most of all her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Robins smile and laughter lit up the room wherever she was. Robin enjoyed life to the fullest. I have never met anyone braver than Robin. These last ten years have been quite a struggle for her yet her faith in the Lord never wavered. This last year I have had the privilege of spending much time with Robin and she would often put me to shame with her unwavering faith and her brave spirit. I'm really going to miss my "other daughter".

Robin was a good friend. When we sang together in choir at Bethany we were night all & blond j was known as the "twins". Hugs & prayers
