Renee C. Treleven

MADISON - Renee C. Treleven, 51, died unexpectedly at home on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017. Renee was a fun, smart and quick-witted woman who loved to be with her family and with her friends. She struggled for many years with drug addiction, but was finding her way back to herself and was looking forward to the future when death took her.  Renee is survived by her daughter, Marie Treleven, of whom she was immensely proud. She is also survived by her parents, Ruth Treleven, of Madison; her father, Dale Treleven, of Milwaukee; her brothers, Dennis (Ann) Treleven, of Culver City, California; Ed Treleven, of Madison; and Eric Treleven, of Sun Prairie; and a sister, Gwen Treleven, of Madison. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.  Renee was preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred and Erma Rodencal, and Harvey and Evalyn Treleven.  A memorial gathering will be held at noon on Monday, Feb. 27, 2017, at the home of Ed Treleven and Leslie Christensen, 4417 Rolla Lane, Madison.
