Obituary

WEST MIDDLETON-Lloyd Simon Kenyon, age 78, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at his home.  He was born on April 29, 1938, in Madison, the son the Simon and Fern (Raemsich) Kenyon.  A 1956 graduate of Middleton High School, Lloyd went on to further his education at MATC graduating in 1959.  Lloyd was united in marriage to JoAnn Heebink on Sept. 3, 1960 in Middleton.  He was employed with the Wisconsin Dept. of Transportation-Real Estate Division for 35 years. Lloyd loved the outdoors, especially spending time with his wife and family at his cabin in Bayfield.  He was a member and 32nd degree Mason of the Middleton Iconic Masonic Lodge #180.  Lloyd is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, JoAnn Kenyon, their children Randy (Gina) Kenyon and Noel (Brian) Sellers; grandchildren, Lucca Kenyon, Keith Sellers, Reid Kenyon and Madison Kenyon.  He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Georgia Larson.  Funeral services will be held at WEST MIDDLETON LUTHERAN CHURCH, 3763 Pioneer Road, Middleton at 11 AM on Saturday, March 18, 2017 with the Reverend Ted Lindquist presiding.  Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 10 AM until the time of the service.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Shriner's Children Hospital. Jo, Our sympathy to you and your family. We always looked forward to meeting up with you and Lloyd RVing somewhere. Many special times were visiting you at the cabin, even if it meant some work, which was enjoyable. We will miss that. Of course the best was that Lloyd was always prepared for Happy Hour and fire on the beach! You're the best of friends, Rose and Leonard
