Carol A. Coughlin

Stoughton-Carol A. Coughlin, age 69, of Stoughton, passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017, at Skaalen Retirement Services. She was born on Nov. 4, 1947, in Effingham, Ill, the daughter of John Jones and Betty (Lillie) Jones. Carol graduated from Monona Grove High School in 1966.She married Charles Coughlin on Feb. 4, 1967, in Madison.  Carol retired from Flambeau Co as a laborer.  Carol enjoyed playing bingo and euchre.  She was a Brewers and Packers fan.  Carol is survived by her mother, Betty; son, John (Christi) Coughlin; daughter, Syracuse (William) Clute; brother, Richard (Cherry) Jones; sister, Debra (Ron) Byrd; two grandchildren, Sebastian Swisher and Victor Swisher.  She was preceded in death by husband, Charles Coughlin; and father, John  Jones.  Private services will be held.  Burial will be held at Highland Memory Gardens at a later date.  Online condolences may be made at www.gundersonfh.com.
