I was blessed with having Chris as my stepfather throughout my high school years. He was a really great man and treated us kids the way any father should - always cheerful, kind, and full of life. I have a number of great memories thanks to him including shooting baskets in the driveway, bowling, fishing, watching NASCAR, and enjoying the best Italian pasta dishes I've ever tasted. I know that Chris is now happy and at peace with his parents and sister in heaven. My thoughts and prayers go out to his entire family.

Chris shared his love of fishing with lots of great fishing stories and experiences ~ he was motivated to be the first on the water and had many great times out on the lakes with Kory Malcheski... He shared with me that he had spent hours during the summers of middle school with Andy Venden out on Lake Mendota... After high school, he enjoyed going up north on trips with friends that also loved fishing and snowmobiling!! Chris always told me he was a "Simple Man" ~ https://youtu.be/Va0PAMNWSis ~ and he often expressed some of himself through music... My memories with you, Chris, remain forever in my heart!!
