Brianne Murray

MCFARLAND- Brianne N. Murray, age 24, left us with her angel wings unexpectedly, on Friday, Feb. 17, 2017. She was born on May 26, 1992, in Madison. Brianne graduated from McFarland High School in 2010. Having enjoyed working with the elderly, she was employed at various nursing homes in the area and touched many lives in her own special way. She also had an amazing bond with her father that will never be broken. Brianne loved the outdoors, especially fishing and enjoyed reading, tractor pulls, and auto racing, but mostly, she loved the time she spent with her son, Aidan. In addition to her son Aidan, Brianne is survived by her parents, David (Jenifer) Murray and Cheryl Murray; step-sisters, Alexis and Nicole Williams; aunt, Patty (Steve) Gausmann; paternal grandparents, Jim and Marion Murray; maternal grandmother, Carol Niebuhr; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, George and Marilyn Niebuhr. A Celebration of Brianne's life will be held at the MCFARLAND AMERICAN LEGION POST 534, 4911 Burma Rd., McFarland, from 12 noon until 4 p.m., on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017. A private family burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a memorial trust for Brianne's son Aidan Niebuhr Murray will be set up at McFarland State Bank.
