STOUGHTON/OREGON–Patricia "Patty" Disch, age 42, of Stoughton, passed away at St. Mary's Hospital on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2017, with her loving family by her side. She was born on Aug. 15, 1974, in Madison, to her parents Gary (Donna) Disch and Rita Fleuter. Patty fought a courageous battle with cancer. Sadly, it was too much for her to continue the fight. She worked at numerous places during her life, but thriving to raise her children, grandchildren was her main pride and joy. Patty is survived by her children, Tab II (Elizabeth), Joseph, Daniel (Shylo Krebs) and Zachary. Her grandchildren Tab III and Isaiah, friend and partner Curt Peterson. Her siblings Jennifer (Scott) Koberle, Richard Disch, Nicole Noyce and Mark (Jill) Noyce. Her many nephews and nieces, Maiya, Kenneth (Sara), Kyle (malaria), Tanner, Autumn, Sebastian, Joslyn, Cooper, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by Tab Hollibush I, her grandparents Clarence and Betty Disch. Step-grandmother Charlotte Robson, her uncles Alton Newton and John Robson. Her very close friend Steve Leslie. Patty was such an amazing person and cared for everyone around her. She was the best mother anyone could ever ask for, and she will always be with, loved by her four boys.
Our mother was such an amazing person, and she was taken from us, this world way to early. We want her to know that we love her so much, she will always be with us in our hearts. She was the strongest person any of us has ever known, will likely encounter throughout our life. No matter what she had going on she always made sure we were okay. Always making us her number one priority. She was the greatest mother, and became the best friend any of us could have ever wished to have. We are not only grateful but honored to have had such an amazing mother who raised, shaped us into the young men we are today. We love you mom. No worries, we will be okay. I am soooo sorry about your loss. I met Patty when Tab was a baby and took her to the hospital when she had Joey...I had no idea:( you all are in my thoughts and prayers!

I am so sad to hear about the loss of a special woman. My prayers to all the family. I have memories with patty and the kids from years ago that I will always remember. Rest in Heaven PATTY. The struggle is over.
