CROSS PLAINS-Jennifer A. Brown, age 29, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017 at her home. She was born on Dec. 20, 1987, in Madison, the daughter of Kenneth Duane and Judy(Hillebrand) Sveum. Jennifer was united in marriage to Darren Brown on Feb. 20, 2010 in Middleton. Most recently Jennifer worked at Unity Health Insurance. She spent most of her working career as a CNA providing hospice care and care for local children with special needs. She loved her three dogs and two birds, but she truly treasured the time she spent with her family and friends. Jennifer is survived by her husband Darren and two daughters, Lydia Brown and Novalie Brown. Funeral services with a time of sharing will be held at GUNDERSON CROSS PLAINS FUNERAL & CREMATION CARE, 2421 Church St., Cross Plains at 1:30 PM on Monday, Jan. 16, 2017, with the Reverend Sandra Schieble presiding. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, www.cff.org or to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, www.nami.org. I remember Jennifer best when she was young and at family gathering for graduations or weddings. She was young and full of energy. I remember her most the time when I was at Judys house in Madison. Jennifer had generous heart. She was always willing to help at the drop of a hat. She had a willingness to care for all but particularly children and animals. We will miss her vibrant spirit.
